From "Bad Ass: Living & Spells," ~ From The Chapter On Binding...

Binding, ~ the act of preventing someone or something from going any further is a simple process. It csn be achieved with very easy spells... My favorite binding spell is to just describe the binding that you want to take place by writing it on a slip od paper, putting the paper in a ziplock bag, partly filling the bag with water and then, placing the whole thing in the freezer, and forgetting about it... DONE. ;) >>> Another binding... Take a small piece of cardboard, write the binding you wish to perform on it, and wrap it tightly with black, red and white yarn. Bury the binding in the ground. Black, red and white are the colors of the Druids, who were the holy teaching class of the Celts.
