From "Bad Ass: Living And Spells, ~ How To Make A Protection Necklace...

This is very easy. Get some necklace cord. I prefer black cord. Blue beads are protective because blue is the color of the sky. I like to use "eye" beads too; these are associated with the Greek culture and are said to be protection against the "evil eye".

I also like to use blue tiger's eye beads.

Get a pendant that you like to be the center of the necklace. Start by slipping the pendant on the necklace cord first, to be the center. Then, string the beads on the cord on either side. When you're finished, simply knot the necklace firmly. You can place it in the light of a full moon, or run it through the smoke of incense. Remember to remove your necklace before dawn or the sun will take away what the moon gave.
